Terms & Conditions of Vehicle Rental

Effective Date: March 24, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental of vehicles by Wolf Camp Georgia (“Wolf Camp Georgia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a vehicle rental company based at N 9 Sergo Gujejiani Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. By making a booking through our website (wolfcampgeorgia.com), by telephone, or in person, you (“the Renter”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Civil Code of Georgia and applicable Georgian consumer and commercial law. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with a booking.

2. Definitions

  • “Rental Agreement” means the agreement formed between Wolf Camp Georgia and the Renter upon confirmation of a booking, incorporating these Terms.
  • “Vehicle” means any campervan, recreational vehicle, or adventure vehicle provided by Wolf Camp Georgia under a Rental Agreement.
  • “Rental Period” means the period between the agreed pick-up date/time and the agreed return date/time as specified in the booking confirmation.
  • “Renter” means the individual named in the booking who takes possession of the Vehicle.
  • “Additional Driver” means any person other than the Renter who is authorised in writing to drive the Vehicle.
  • “Security Deposit” means a refundable amount held by Wolf Camp Georgia as security against damage, loss, or other charges.

3. Eligibility and Driver Requirements

3.1 Age and Licence

To rent a Vehicle, the Renter must:

  • Be at least 23 years of age at the time of rental
  • Hold a valid driving licence for the appropriate vehicle category, issued at least 2 years prior to the rental date
  • Present an original, valid national ID card or passport
  • Present an original, valid driving licence. International Driving Permits are accepted alongside the national licence where required by Georgian law.

3.2 Additional Drivers

Additional drivers must meet the same eligibility requirements as the Renter and must be registered with Wolf Camp Georgia prior to the commencement of the Rental Period. Unlisted drivers are not authorised to operate the Vehicle.

3.3 Right to Refuse

Wolf Camp Georgia reserves the right to refuse a rental or to require the return of a Vehicle where the Renter or an Additional Driver does not meet eligibility requirements, appears impaired, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Vehicle will be used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

4. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Wolf Camp Georgia by email or other written communication. Bookings made through the online booking portal are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a confirmation is issued by us.

The Renter is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete. Wolf Camp Georgia accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Renter.

Wolf Camp Georgia reserves the right to cancel a booking where fraudulent, incorrect, or incomplete information has been provided, or where the requested Vehicle is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Security Deposit

5.1 Rental Rates

Rental rates are as published on our website or as agreed in writing at the time of booking. Rates include the standard equipment specified in the vehicle listing. Rates are quoted in Georgian Lari (GEL) or in the currency specified in the booking confirmation and include applicable Georgian VAT where required by law.

5.2 Payment

Payment of the rental fee or deposit is required at the time specified in the booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods are as stated on our website or communicated at the time of booking. We do not store full payment card details.

5.3 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is charged at the time of reservation in order to secure the booking. The deposit amount is determined by the coverage option selected by the Renter during the booking process and will be confirmed in the booking confirmation. Where the Renter selects no additional coverage, a security hold of €1,000 will be placed on the Renter’s payment card. Where the Renter selects the Collision/Loss Damage Waiver (CDW/LDW), a reduced security hold of €350 will be placed. This deposit will be returned to the Renter in full within 7 business days of the return of the Vehicle, provided that the conditions below are met.

The deposit will be refunded in full where the Vehicle is returned with no damage beyond normal wear and tear. For the purposes of these Terms, normal wear and tear means minor cosmetic marks that do not affect the function, structural integrity, or appearance of the Vehicle in a meaningful way — for example, light surface scratches to body panels that may occur incidentally during ordinary use (such as contact with overhanging vegetation on narrow roads).

Damage that will result in a deduction from the deposit includes, but is not limited to, any damage that requires repair or replacement in order to restore the Vehicle to full working condition or roadworthy appearance — for example: broken or missing mirrors, cracked or shattered glass, dents, punctures, damage to mechanical or electrical components, torn upholstery, or any structural damage to the body or chassis.

The deposit will also be retained (in whole or in part) where:

  • The Vehicle is returned later than the agreed return time without prior authorisation
  • Traffic fines, road tolls, or other third-party charges were incurred during the Rental Period
  • Fuel costs have not been settled in accordance with Section 10
  • The Vehicle is returned in an unacceptably dirty condition requiring professional cleaning
  • Any other charges are outstanding under these Terms

Wolf Camp Georgia will provide the Renter with an itemised written account of any deductions made from the deposit. Where the cost of damage or outstanding charges exceeds the deposit amount, Wolf Camp Georgia reserves the right to invoice the Renter for the difference.

5.4 Late Payments

Wolf Camp Georgia reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate provided for in the Civil Code of Georgia.

6. Collection and Return of the Vehicle

6.1 Collection

Vehicles are available for collection from our Tbilisi base at the time agreed in the booking confirmation. The Renter must present a valid ID and driving licence at collection. The Renter and a representative of Wolf Camp Georgia will jointly inspect the Vehicle and complete a condition report prior to departure. The Renter acknowledges the condition of the Vehicle by signing the condition report.

6.2 Return

The Vehicle must be returned to the agreed location by the date and time specified in the booking confirmation. The Renter must return the Vehicle with a full fuel tank (or the same fuel level as at collection, as specified in the Rental Agreement).

6.3 Late Return

If the Vehicle is returned later than the agreed return time without prior authorisation from Wolf Camp Georgia, an additional daily rental charge will be applied at 150% of the standard daily rate for each day or part thereof that the Vehicle is overdue. Wolf Camp Georgia reserves the right to report an overdue Vehicle as misappropriated to Georgian law enforcement authorities if no contact has been made within 24 hours of the scheduled return time.

6.4 Early Return

Early return of the Vehicle does not entitle the Renter to a refund of any portion of the prepaid rental fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.5 Vehicle Condition on Return

The Vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. If the Vehicle is returned in an unacceptably dirty state, Wolf Camp Georgia reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee. The Vehicle will be inspected upon return. Any damage not recorded in the pre-rental condition report will be charged to the Renter.

7. Permitted Use of the Vehicle

The Renter agrees that the Vehicle will be used only in accordance with the following conditions:

  • The Vehicle may be driven only by the Renter and any registered Additional Drivers
  • The Vehicle may be used anywhere in Georgia. Use outside Georgian territory requires prior written consent from Wolf Camp Georgia and may be subject to additional insurance and charges.
  • The Vehicle must be operated in accordance with all applicable Georgian road traffic laws and regulations
  • The Vehicle must not be driven off-road on terrain for which it is not designed without prior agreement from Wolf Camp Georgia
  • The Vehicle must not be used for commercial purposes, sublet, or transferred to any third party
  • The Vehicle must not be used to carry more passengers than the number of designated seats
  • No modifications, alterations, or additions may be made to the Vehicle without prior written consent
  • The Vehicle must not be used for towing, racing, or any illegal purpose
  • The Renter must comply with all applicable Georgian laws regarding camping, fires, waste disposal, and access to land

8. Insurance

Wolf Camp Georgia maintains third-party liability insurance on all Vehicles as required by Georgian law (mandatory compulsory insurance). Details of the applicable insurance cover will be provided in the Rental Agreement.

8.1 Coverage Options

At the time of booking, the Renter must select one of the following coverage options. The selected option determines the Renter’s maximum liability for vehicle damage and the security hold placed on the Renter’s payment card.

Option 1 — No Coverage (Renter’s Risk)

No additional coverage is purchased. The Renter assumes full risk for any damage to the Vehicle not covered by Wolf Camp Georgia’s mandatory third-party insurance. A security hold of €1,000 will be placed on the Renter’s payment card at the time of booking, reflecting the maximum deductible for which the Renter may be held liable. The Renter may be held liable for up to €1,000 for any damage caused to the Vehicle during the Rental Period.

Option 2 — Collision/Loss Damage Waiver (CDW/LDW)

The Renter purchases a Collision/Loss Damage Waiver at a rate of €25 per rental day, charged in addition to the base rental fee. Under this option, Wolf Camp Georgia waives its right to recover from the Renter the cost of accidental damage to the Vehicle, subject to a remaining deductible of €350. A security hold of €350 will be placed on the Renter’s payment card at the time of booking. The Renter may be held liable for up to €350 for damages.

8.2 Exclusions

The insurance cover provided does NOT include:

  • Damage resulting from driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
  • Damage resulting from use of the Vehicle in violation of these Terms
  • Damage to personal belongings of the Renter or passengers
  • Consequential losses or indirect damages
  • Damage caused by intentional acts or gross negligence

The Renter is advised to obtain personal travel insurance, including cover for personal liability, personal accident, and loss of personal property. Wolf Camp Georgia accepts no liability for the Renter’s personal property.

The Renter’s liability for any excess or deductible is determined by the coverage option selected at the time of booking, as set out in Section 8.1 above. The CDW/LDW does not affect the Renter’s unlimited liability for damage arising from the exclusions listed in this section.

9. Damage, Accidents, and Theft

9.1 Obligations in Case of Accident or Incident

In the event of an accident, damage to the Vehicle, or theft, the Renter must:

  • Ensure the safety of all persons involved and call emergency services (112) if required
  • Contact Wolf Camp Georgia immediately at +995 511 73 42 92
  • Not admit liability to any third party
  • Obtain the details (name, address, vehicle registration, insurance details) of all other parties involved
  • File a report with the Georgian Police and obtain a copy of the official report
  • Complete Wolf Camp Georgia’s accident/damage report form

9.2 Renter’s Liability for Damage

The Renter is liable for all damage to the Vehicle occurring during the Rental Period that is not covered by the applicable insurance policy, up to the amount of the security deposit or the deductible/excess amount specified in the Rental Agreement.

The Renter is fully liable (without excess limitation) for damage resulting from:

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
  • Deliberate damage or gross negligence
  • Use of the Vehicle in violation of these Terms
  • Failure to comply with the accident reporting obligations above

9.3 Theft of the Vehicle

In the event of theft, the Renter must immediately notify Wolf Camp Georgia and the Georgian Police, and provide Wolf Camp Georgia with the police report and both sets of vehicle keys. Failure to do so will result in the Renter being held fully liable for the value of the Vehicle.

10. Fuel Policy

The Vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel (or at the fuel level specified in the condition report at the time of collection). The Renter is responsible for all fuel costs during the Rental Period. The Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the cost of refuelling plus a service charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

The Renter is responsible for ensuring the correct type of fuel is used. Misfuelling is not covered by insurance and all costs of repair and consequential loss will be borne by the Renter.

11. 24/7 Roadside Assistance

Wolf Camp Georgia provides 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Georgia for the duration of the Rental Period. In the event of a breakdown or emergency, the Renter should contact us at +995 511 73 42 92. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Roadside assistance covers mechanical breakdown and technical failure of the Vehicle at no additional cost to the Renter. Costs arising from the Renter’s own error (e.g., misfuelling, flat batteries due to leaving lights on, lost keys) may be charged to the Renter.

12. Cancellation and Modification Policy

12.1 Cancellation by the Renter

Cancellations must be made in writing to wolfcampgeorgia@gmail.com. The following cancellation charges apply:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the rental start date: Full refund of any prepaid rental fee
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before the rental start date: 50% of the total rental fee is non-refundable
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the rental start date: 100% of the total rental fee is non-refundable
  • No-show (failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice): 100% of the total rental fee is forfeited

Security deposits are refunded in full upon cancellation, regardless of the timing, where no vehicle has been released.

12.2 Modification by the Renter

Requests to modify a booking (change of dates, vehicle, or other terms) are subject to availability and must be made in writing. Wolf Camp Georgia will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modifications but cannot guarantee availability.

12.3 Cancellation by Wolf Camp Georgia

In the unlikely event that Wolf Camp Georgia must cancel a confirmed booking (e.g., due to vehicle mechanical failure or events beyond our control), we will provide the Renter with as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund of all prepaid amounts or an alternative vehicle of equivalent or superior specification.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, Wolf Camp Georgia’s total liability to the Renter for any claim arising out of or relating to a rental shall not exceed the total rental fee paid by the Renter for the relevant Rental Period.

Wolf Camp Georgia shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or special losses
  • Loss of enjoyment, loss of holiday, or loss of opportunity
  • Delay or failure to provide services where due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or extreme weather
  • Loss, theft, or damage to the Renter’s personal property

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Wolf Camp Georgia’s negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by Georgian law.

14. Traffic Violations and Fines

The Renter is solely responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, road tolls, and any other charges or penalties incurred during the Rental Period. If Wolf Camp Georgia receives a fine or penalty notice in respect of a Vehicle during or after the Rental Period, the full amount of the fine plus an administrative handling fee of GEL 50 will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced to the Renter.

Wolf Camp Georgia may disclose the Renter’s details to competent Georgian authorities where required by law in connection with a traffic violation.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any Rental Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (the Republic of Georgia). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

Wolf Camp Georgia is committed to resolving customer concerns amicably. In the event of a complaint, please contact us in writing at wolfcampgeorgia@gmail.com in the first instance. We will endeavour to respond within 10 business days.

Georgian consumers have the right to seek alternative dispute resolution through the relevant Georgian consumer protection mechanisms and the Competition and Consumers Agency of Georgia.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the booking confirmation and condition report signed at collection, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the rental and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Georgian law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Wolf Camp Georgia reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to a booking are those in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
